Troll Hunt IV
When: 16:00 Friday March 12th 2010, until 18:00 Sunday March 14th.
Where: Hamrar(no street address) Kjarnaskógi, 600 Akureyri, Iceland

Winter's long grip is loosening and the nights are beginning to grow shorter, which makes it the perfect time to seek out some of the local trolls that roam the volcanic fields and reside in the magnificent glacial mountains of our fair land.
However, we must approach them with care for there are some that will happily give us the advice we seek, but there are others that would rather engage in battle than discourse with humans.
The shire of Klakavirki welcomes you to come join us on our yearly
Troll Hunt, a day of classes, games, tournaments and an A&S
competition to select someone to lead the hunt this year. In the
evening we will be holding a feast in honour of our new Trollfinder
General!
Site: The site is a scout camp, with showers and kitchen, plenty of crash
space, a feast hall, plenty of open space and enclosed space for fighting indoors.
The site is wet.
Site opens at 18:00 on Friday, March 12th 2010 and closes ca. 16:00 on
Sunday, March 14th 2008
Costs: Site fee for adults is ISK 6.000, children under 16 are not allowed on
site for fear of the Trolls stealing them.
Fee includes full room and board for two nights, with access to a hot tub, as well as travel
between the site and Akureyri for non-Klakavirki members. The site is wet.

via Icelandair or Iceland Express to Keflavik
via Flybus from Keflavik to Reykjavik (purchase tickets at the airport/bus)
via Air Icelandfrom Reykjavik to Akureyri
